TRYING ON ORDERS:
You may check and try on your order while the courier is present. We kindly ask that this be done as quickly as possible, as the courier works for a shipping company and is not part of our team. If the courier were part of our team, we would gladly allow more time

EXCHANGE REQUESTS:
Exchange requests can be made within 48 hours of delivery

In the case of an exchange, only the shipping fees will apply

REFUND POLICY:

We offer refunds within five (5) days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that refunds will not be processed if the returned item shows any signs of use, damage, or alteration that were not present at the time of delivery.
